  • Customers are advised to inspect the animal immediately upon arrival. Any concerns regarding the animal’s health or well-being should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.

Return Policy for Live Animals

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

  • In the unfortunate event that an animal arrives deceased, customers must contact us within 4 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence.

  • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Health Issues
If the animal shows signs of ill health or distress upon arrival, customers are required to notify us within 24 hours, including detailed descriptions and photographic evidence.
We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement, refund, or veterinary assistance, depending on the circumstances.

Incorrect Shipments
If the wrong animal is shipped, customers should notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the correct animal to be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.

Limitations and Exclusions

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect customer information or unavailability to receive the delivery.

  • Returns or refunds are not available for issues not reported within the specified time frames.
